The short version
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show ads inside Glowloop.
- Sign-in uses a parent or adult email address. The site does not ask a child for any personal information.
- Child profiles are not available yet, so we hold no child names, ages or profile details.

Who this applies to
Glowloop accounts are for parents, caregivers and adult users. Children under 13 should use Glowloop with a parent or guardian and should not enter an email address or submit any form on this site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email privacy@glowloopgames.com and we will delete it.
What we collect
Sign-in: when you sign up or sign in, you give us an email address. We use it to email you a sign-in link that expires after 15 minutes. After you open the link, your browser keeps a signed sign-in cookie that holds your email address for 30 days. There are no passwords.
Purchases: purchases are paused. When checkout is open, payment is taken on a page hosted by Stripe, and Stripe gives us the email address on the order so we can send a receipt. Card numbers do not reach our servers.
Clinician applications: the clinician form sends us your name, email address, license type, license state and license number. Our server log records the name, email address, license type and license state.
Saved on your device: your cookie choice, theme, font setting, sandbox creations, and a record of which game was played and for how long are saved in local storage in your browser. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages.
What the site does not ask for
- Child names, ages or profile details
- Photos, voice recordings or camera access
- Precise location
- Game content such as answers or creations (these stay on your device)
Child profiles and parental consent
Child profiles are not available yet. We will not open them until a parental consent process is in place, and we will update this page before we do.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and runs our server code. Resend delivers our emails (sign-in links and receipts), so it receives your email address. Stripe processes payments when checkout is open.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask for a refund within 90 days of purchase. There is no self-serve tool for this yet. For your data, email privacy@glowloopgames.com and we respond within 30 days. For a refund, email hello@glowloopgames.com. This applies wherever you live.
